Solo Exhibition – If Not Now, When?
Where :- Simbithi Country Club, Shaka’s Rock, North Coast, South Africa
When:- Opening – Wednesday 28th August 18H00 Running till Sunday 1st September 17H00.
I am NOW in the count down towards my exhibition at the Simbithi Country Club, Shaka’s Rock, North Coast – opening on 28th August and running till 1st September, this exhibition will be the largest solo exhibition I have held, showing a few series of paintings that I have been working on over the last few years.
The exhibition will entertain all visitors, it will evoke reflection, calm, optimism and joy. This exhibition is a celebration of the Now, a reflection of the past and a glimpse of what’s to come.
Following a “gap year” during which I under went chemotherapy for breast cancer, this exhibition is an explosion of my creativity… it has been incredible to be back in my studio, immersed in my “play with paint”, soaking up me time and realising just how fortunate I am to be where I am, living in a beautiful country, surrounded by extraordinary people and loved.
During the exhibition there will be walkabouts as well as art demonstrations. The programme will be available closer to the time.
